Requirements

2+ years' experience in social media management or digital marketing

Tertiary Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Communications or related field (advantageous)

Proven experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns

Hands-on experience creating and growing TikTok content

Strong understanding of content development and content calendars across multiple platforms

Experience with community management and audience engagement

Up to date knowledge of current social media trends, algorithms and best practices

Proficient in scheduling/analytics tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite)

Strong copywriting and communication skills

Basic photo/video editing skills for short-form content

Responsibilities

Plan, create and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant platforms

Manage and optimise Meta Ads campaigns for client accounts

Develop and execute content calendars aligned to client strategy and brand voice

Manage day-to-day community engagement — responding to comments, messages and reviews

Create and edit short-form video content for TikTok and Reels

Track and report on social performance metrics, adjusting strategy based on insights

Stay ahead of platform trends and proactively bring new content ideas to clients

Collaborate with the design and marketing teams on campaign concepts and assets

Manage multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously

Key abilities

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts at once

Creative thinker who can spot trends and turn them into content

Confident communicator, both with clients and on-camera/voice for content when needed

Data-driven — comfortable pulling insights and adjusting strategy accordingly

Able to work independently and take ownership of accounts

Experience running paid TikTok Ads

Videography/editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)

Influencer outreach or partnership experience

Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Klaviyo)

Photography skills for content shoots
